I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) with over 15 years of experience helping people navigate complex relationships and major life transitions. Through this work, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how our mental health is tied to our unique histories, and how those stories shape who we are at every stage of life. In addition to my clinical training, I also bring my own lived experience to the room. Having navigated life’s own major shifts, I truly get both the clinical side of healing and what it actually takes to work through it day by day.
